CEO of Brave1, the platform the Ukrainian government established in 2023 to connect industry, combat units, ministries and universities into a single defense innovation engine. A mathematician by training with more than twenty years in IT, he was chief information officer at Ukraine's largest banks and worked at the Ministry of Digital Transformation before becoming Brave1's CEO in 2025. Under him Brave1 has helped codify more than 600 products to NATO standards and opened Ukraine's defense market to foreign companies through Test in Ukraine, Brave International and Brave Prime.
